1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and mas9 ("mas9", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://mas9.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service").

By accessing the Platform, creating a registered account, or placing any wager or transaction, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. To register and maintain an Account on mas9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
2. You are an individual natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
3. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
4. You do not hold any existing Account on mas9 under the same or any different identity, email address, phone number, payment method, or device.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of mas9 or any of its affiliated entities.
6. You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by mas9 or any affiliated responsible gambling scheme.
7. You are not located in or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where your participation would constitute a criminal offence.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact telephone number. You warrant that all information provided at registration and during any subsequent KYC process is truthful and accurate.

mas9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, residential address, source of funds, and ownership of payment methods used. This may include a copy of your MyKad or Malaysian passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and a photograph of the payment method (e-wallet screenshot or bank statement).

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple accounts from the same individual — regardless of name, email, device, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any funds associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

4.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mas9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Approved Deposit Methods

mas9 accepts deposits exclusively through approved Malaysian payment channels. Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and selected cryptocurrency methods (USDT, BTC). All account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for crypto transactions.

5.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum daily deposit caps apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. mas9 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable responsible gambling obligations.

5.3 Deposit Ownership

You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are legitimately yours and are not derived from any criminal activity. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Deposits made via third-party payment methods are prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund hold pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions being met prior to processing:

• Your Account has been fully KYC-verified with valid identity documentation.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Your withdrawal amount does not exceed your available withdrawal limit for the day or month.
• Your Account is in good standing with no outstanding compliance flags, fraud investigation, or chargeback disputes.
• The withdrawal method matches a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your Account.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

mas9 targets the following processing windows for withdrawal requests once all eligibility conditions are confirmed: e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These timelines are targets and not guarantees — processing may take longer during peak demand periods or where additional verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction, per day, and per calendar month. Specific limits applicable to your Account tier are displayed in the cashier section. VIP players at Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits upon request.

6.4 Right to Request Further Verification

mas9 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. This may include source of funds documentation, additional identity verification, or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until all requested documentation has been reviewed and approved.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by mas9 are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion. Bonus-specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds — take precedence over this general clause where there is a conflict.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered through the Platform at the specified wagering multiple before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. Standard welcome bonus wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the selected welcome offer.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

mas9 monitors all promotional activity for evidence of misuse. Prohibited practices include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating bets with other players to exploit promotional terms (collusion), placing low-risk opposing bets across accounts to satisfy wagering requirements (arbitrage), or using automated software to generate bonus-clearing wagers. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus and associated winnings cancelled and may be permanently suspended.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds that are not utilised within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account balance without compensation. Bonus validity periods are displayed in your Account wallet and in the relevant promotion terms.

8. Gameplay Rules & Fairness

8.1 Game Integrity

All casino games and RNG-based slot titles available on the mas9 Platform have been independently tested and certified by third-party auditing organisations. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each slot title are accurate as of their certification date. mas9 does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UEFA, UFC, and e-sports — are governed by the specific betting rules applicable to each market. In the event of any dispute regarding a settled bet, the Platform's settlement records shall be conclusive and binding, subject to review under the complaints procedure set out in Section 16.

8.3 Malfunctions & Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or erroneous display of winnings, mas9 reserves the right to void the affected game round(s) and refund the relevant stake amount to the Player's Account. No compensation beyond the refunded stake will be payable in respect of a technical error.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mas9 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, or falsifying KYC documentation.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, or facilitating a third party in doing so.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating wagers or gameplay strategy with other players for mutual advantage in breach of fair play principles.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any software designed to play games or place bets without direct human input.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with a payment provider for funds that have been genuinely deposited and wagered on the Platform.
• Hacking and System Interference: Attempting to access, interfere with, or exploit any part of the Platform's systems, databases, or code.
• Harassment: Using the Platform's communication features to harass, threaten, or abuse mas9 staff or other players.

10. Responsible Gambling

mas9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its Platform. Gambling should always be an enjoyable recreational activity. If gambling is causing financial, emotional, or social harm to you or someone close to you, please seek assistance immediately.

mas9 provides the following responsible gambling tools, available to all registered users at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account to control spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be logged out automatically.
• Loss Limits: Configure maximum loss thresholds per session or period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders displaying your session duration and net gambling result.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by mas9

mas9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where mas9 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, provided fraudulent documentation, or where action is required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

11.2 Account Closure by User

Users may request to close their Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method after identity verification is confirmed.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity). Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of MYR 50 per month after this period, deducted from the Account balance until the balance reaches zero or activity resumes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mas9's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mas9 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, emotional distress, or reputational damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

The Platform is provided "as is" and mas9 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Service.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the mas9 Platform — including but not limited to the mas9 name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, promotional materials, text content, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of mas9 or its licenced content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without mas9's prior written consent.

14. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by mas9's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mas9 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, and misuse.

15. Amendments to These Terms

mas9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mas9 will provide reasonable notice by displaying a notice on the Platform homepage or by sending an email to the registered address on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure. 16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mas9 holds its international operating licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceeding, Players must first submit a written complaint to mas9 via the support channels detailed in Section 17. mas9 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution service.
